We offer shipping services to all locations within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. We use standard shipping services and the delivery time will depend on the destination.

Shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery. Returns Policy for The Bean Coffee House NE:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Bean Coffee House NE. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at BEAN.COFFEEHOUSE.NE@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria. We do not accept returns on final sale items.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at BEAN.COFFEEHOUSE.NE@GMAIL.COM within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that we are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
